Hypercom’s Terminal Management Software (HTMS) enables you to remotely monitor and manage your Optimum series electronic payment terminals. This includes downloading software updates or advertising content to the payment terminals, as well as retrieving terminal statistical and performance data.
HTMS can interface to Optimum payment terminals via an Ethernet TCP/IP connection. Unlike other products on the market, HTMS can also remotely interface with these terminals through the EPOS terminal to which it is connected, via Hypercom’s Serial Server software. When installed on either a host PC or server, a connection is established with each of your Optimum payment terminals, based upon the terminals unique serial number.
The base HTMS product, which is included as part of the FPE32 Developer’s Toolkit, can manage up to 50 terminals. Additional licenses that are managed via a Sentinel USB dongle, can be purchased to support all of the terminals in your portfolio. |
