Hypercom's Authorized Repair Facility is a program that creates
partnerships between Hypercom North America and third-party POS repair facilities
to allow those companies to service and repair Hypercom equipment. Companies that
partner with Hypercom will be trained to provide both in-warranty and out-of-warranty
repairs for Hypercom POS equipment. The Authorized Repair Facility program enables
our partners to enhance their value proposition to its customers by:
- Offering a more comprehensive, single source solution to their
customers
- Eliminating the need to ship equipment to Hypercom for repair,
reducing costs
- Reducing the spare pool requirements to provide replacement
services for end user customers
- Expanding revenue streams by offering repair services
